What Makes Us Different
Centurion Engineer’s success is attributable to its roots in family. Since Centurion Engineers’ early days, it has been a family environment—starting with Raymond Briggs and his two sons to today, where nine of our thirteen employees have a family member working in the office. With so many family members in the office, everyone becomes family.
Our Values
We value a productive and instructive work environment. Nearly all our projects come to us through long-time client relationships going back years if not decades. When we take on new clients, it is not based on how much money we might make. It is based on the relationships we can form and the innovations we can bring to the project. Similarly, when we take on a new employee, it is based on the relationship we can forge and the potential he or she can bring to the office.
Collaborative Work Environment
Because we rely on a collaborative work environment, we prefer that employees spend a core part of time in the office. However, we are very flexible and are willing to accommodate your needs. Need to work from home or run your parent to a medical appointment? Of course, we can accommodate that. Need to bring in your dog to work occasionally? No problem. We love well-behaved dogs. Need a snack to get through the day? You wouldn’t believe the snack stash we have.
